Our Medical Director, Dr. Kalpana Desai, specializes in Family Medicine, Geriatric and Bariatric Medicine. Integrated Family Medical Center is available to provide health care needs for the entire family. We accept patients of all ages not including child/adolescents. Our services include:

• Our medical services are provided by appointment only, however, we do allow same day visits when available.
